Shipping

We process and dispatch orders from the UK on working days (Mondays -Fridays, excluding UK Public Holidays) only. Orders are typically dispatched within two working days of processing unless it says otherwise (e.g. if your order includes merchandise or styling tools that are dispatched within 14 days). Delivery is typically from next day but depends on your precise location and the efficiency of Royal Mail and / or the local mail service and takes place from 09.00 to 18.00 local time on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays).

Should your address be unoccupied when delivery is attempted, we are under no obligation to track your package, arrange re-delivery or pay for the costs of re-delivery. You can order and pay for re-delivery by selecting the 'Re-Send Order' product, located under the 'Other' category, on this website.

Although we complete and submit a 'Customs Declaration and Dispatch Note' form with each international order and ensure that your telephone number is included with your delivery address, the clearing of and paying for customs, where randomly selected / required, is ultimately your responsibility.

Returns

Owing to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any of them for whatever reason. THEREFORE ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you do not want to proceed with your order you have 15 minutes to cancel.

In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the goods by signed-for postage in their original packaging and with a note containing your order number and clearly explaining the fault. We will investigate the fault and revert.
