Fixed appointments and deposits are required. The deposit is £25 and it will be deducted from any purchases you make at your consultation, or refunded at the end of the consultation if you do not purchase anything. The deposit will not be refunded if (i) you do not show up for your appointment; (ii) you cancel the appointment giving less than three days (72 hours) notice; or, (iii) we have to cancel your appointment because you are more than 15 minutes late on the day.
