Shipping & Returns


We process and dispatch orders from the UK on working days only (Mondays - Fridays, excluding UK Public Holidays). Orders are typically dispatched within two working days of processing unless our Order Confirmation Email says otherwise, and / or you have ordered a tailor-made item (e.g. My Unique Remy SimiWeave™) and / or you have ordered a sale item and / or the item is being dispatched by one of our partners located outside the UK.  Delivery is typically from the next day but depends on your precise location and the efficiency of Royal Mail and / or the local mail service in your area and takes place from 09.00 to 18.00 local time on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays).  Should your address be unoccupied when delivery is attempted, we are under no obligation to track your package, arrange re-delivery or pay for the costs of re-delivery.  Although we complete and submit a 'Customs Declaration and Dispatch Note' form with each international order and ensure that your telephone number is included with your delivery address, the clearing of and paying for customs, where randomly selected / required, is ultimately your responsibility.



Wigs / hair pieces are considered hygienic products which cannot be returned or exchanged so we do not accept returns or exchanges for whatever reason.  THEREFORE ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Our 'no exchanges and no returns' policy is in line with the law and does not affect your statutory rights.
